UAB “Baltijos technikos grupė” is a company that brings together a team of skilled professionals with years of experience and a constantly growing team of qualified specialists. The project is being implemented under the European Regional Development Fund’s part-financed measure “E. The COVID-19 commercial model”.

The project will develop and deploy a customer self-service solution on the e-commerce platform for products and services, including a manufacturing and service order management solution, and the integration of a resource management system into the e-commerce platform for products and services.

The aim of the project is to increase the sales of the company’s products and services, to make them available without having to visit the physical point of sale, and to increase the company’s productivity by introducing e-commerce. commerce solutions In this period of the COVID-19 pandemic, the digitalisation of the sales process is not only important for the manufacturer but also for the consumer. The aim of the customer self-service solution of UAB Baltijos technikos grupė is not only to attract new customers, but also to create an opportunity for the existing loyal customers to purchase the company’s products and services safely and conveniently.

The project is expected to result in a significant increase in revenue for the company after the implementation of the project and the introduction of customer self-service solutions with resource management integration.
